How do I link my teen's account?

A parent creates a family group in the app, then sends an invite. The teen accepts the invite from their own DashLog account to link the two accounts.

How does location tracking work?

Location is only shared between linked family members. Parents can see their teen's live location during drives and receive arrival and departure alerts for saved places.

Which states are supported for DMV practice quizzes?

DashLog currently covers 27 states with 1,400+ state-specific practice questions. More states are being added in future updates.

How do I log a supervised drive?

Open the app and start a drive session. The drive is automatically tracked with GPS route, duration, and conditions. Parents can review and approve sessions afterward.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Open the Settings app on your iPhone, tap your name, then tap Subscriptions. Find DashLog and tap Cancel Subscription. You'll retain access through the end of your billing period.

How do I delete my account?

Open DashLog, go to Settings, and tap Delete Account. Follow the confirmation prompt to permanently remove your account and all associated data.

Is my family's data private?

Yes. Location data is only visible to linked family members. We never sell personal data. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
